  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    Currently working as a QA engineer and with experience for more than 5 years already. He is mainly focusing on the automation and manual testing and currently his primary tasks are to create a test plans up to the last phase which is creating the test documentation and generating test reports. He is also exposed to different automation tools such as selenium, test unit tools like Nunit and JUnit for Java and the current tool he is use is the WebDriverIO which is an extension of the Selenium and use it for both web automation and mobile automation. In web automation, he uses the JavaScript and mobile for Appium. With 2 years of manual testing experience while in automation he has 4 years of experience.

  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
    He is confident with his technical skills or overall skill set for testing. He is good in doing the test plans, test analysis and design, up to the last process. Currently he is focusing on the automation tools which he sis happy working right now and still open to learn new automation tools since technology today is rapidly evolving or changing.

  3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
    He rates his skill for test planning 4 out of 5, while for the test analysis and design, implementation, execution, and writing test reports he rates his skills for that 5 out of 5. He also said that he has an experience in using Java as a programming language and rate his skills 3 out of 5 and with 1 and 3 months of experience while for python he has a basic knowledge for it. Rates his skill in Selenium 5 out of 5 as well in Cucumber and with 5 years of experience while 4 out of 5 for Appium. Knowledgeable in software requirement and business process and said that this is one of the most important thing a tester should know from the very first start from what are the projects they are working with and what are the tools all about. They need to understand the project first before doing the test processes.
