With more than 2 years of experience working as a QA and have handled different projects and provide them with the API testing, manual, and functional testing etc. He also has an experience doing automation testing but it’s for a short-term project only. The applications he have handled is for the HR portal, job sites, admin portal, and mobile applications like financial applications for ewallet.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He said that he is more on the manual testing and with more than 2 years of experience currently. He also has an experience in automation testing for less than 6 months using Java Selenium and rates his skills for that 3 out of 5 while for java is 4 out of 5. He has an experience doing test cases, test plans, scripts, and reports since he has an experience doing it since his OJT days which he rates his skills 4.5 out of 5 and with more than 2 years of experience as well. He is also knowledgeable about the software requirements and business processes.
