He has been in the IT industry for about 10 years now. He started his career as a backend developer in XXXX then later on, worked as a DevOps Engineer wherein he’s involved mostly in automating process, managing pipelines, scripts, and doing infrastructure as a code. And currently, he is working as a Solutions Architect in XXXX in which he’s the one in charge in translating the business requirements of the client and transform it to technical requirements that the team can work on. His main responsibility is to produce solution blueprint, to assess various technologies to be used, managing timeline, process, and the whole deployment.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Specializing in Microsoft technologies especially Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps. Rates himself a 4 out 5 in that area and says that the track he is getting to is the architect side of it. He’s also very confident as a technology expert, more on the planning and strategy side but can still do coding if required.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 8 years of experience doing DevOps role in current and previous jobs. Also, experienced being a Team Lead/Scrum Master before so very familiar with Agile and DevOps principles, did managed the process of their SDLC using Agile and Scrum. Very proficient with Azure Cloud Services, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. He’s strong with Powershell, TypeScript, NodeJS, YAML, and XAML. Do understand how Python and Perl works but don’t really use it often. Experienced with SQL and other relational databases.
