He is currently working on a retail company called XXXX and is assigned with the IT Department. He mostly handles some web and desktop-based applications. Also involved in generating reports and development for automation using UIPath. He is mostly involved in the software side and maintenance in his current work. Before that, he was a Technical Staff/Asst. Technical Head at XXXX wherein he’s more focused on the hardware parts such as installation of parts for different gadgets including laptop, tablet, desktop, and in charge with technical side.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Confident in developing using UIPath at the moment because this is what he usually does in current work. He’s also experienced in handling and developing some automation. He’s been doing it for about 3 years already and rates himself 4 out of 5 in using it. Also manageable to work with hardware and software side.

Has 5 years of architecture, design, and development of integrated systems but has no experience in lead development roles yet. Has only been using native JavaScript in current work and is also familiar with IDEs and UML. He’s also familiar with Agile development and currently uses Oracle database.
