With more than 20 years of experience working in the IT industry and mostly on the telco industry. In his previous job, he was working as a team leader and host exchange engineer. He said that in his 20 years of experience he handled tasks in the field and manage as the unit head of network operations in 2 regions in the Philippines. He did handle the VSAT, microwaves, and the support facilities and was tasks to do the after sales support and install equipment on the client’s location.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? .
He has s good knowledge in network operations and been handling different network equipment and do the troubleshooting, installations, and the maintenance. He also had an experience handling people in his previous role which he also do the annual review of the performance of his team.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
With more than 20 years of experience and with solid 4 years of experience in implementing and troubleshooting LAN and WAN networks and handle mainly on the Cisco products. He also manage people for more than 10 years and took trainings for Cisco, ZTE, and Ericson.
