1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He’s been in the IT industry for almost 10 years already, and been doing Java development for 9 years. He’s also practicing Scrum master roles for 5 years now alongside doing technical lead roles. The biggest number of people he handled so far is 20 team members composed of developers, QA, BA, and SA. He’s recently a Technical Lead in XXXX and has been deployed to some of their clients to do development and architect review. While being a Tech Lead, he’s also still doing some development tasks due to his passion in coding while mentoring juniors and subordinates when needed, do code reviews, and communicating with higher management ie. Product owners, client managers to align with the deliverables.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Most confident in using Java and have been using it for 9 years already. Rates himself 4.5 out of 5 since there’s always room to grow and improve. Also uses Spring as his main framework for about 7 years now. Also good with Python, and cloud services such as AWS and GCP, CI/CD, along with DevOps tools Maven, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and specializes in Microservices.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has 3+ years of experience in senior/lead roles and has accumulated 5+ years of experience in architecture, design, and development of integrated Systems. Good with Java, Spring boot and Spring MVC. Also, very familiar with IDEs, UML, and with Git. Has been using Agile for the past 5 years so he rates himself 4.5 out of 5 in that area. Strong skills in Oracle and SQL databases.
