He started working in a BPO company in the Philippines where he work there as an IT intern and troubleshot computer hardware and patching network cable and do the structured cabling in the office. After that he worked in a restaurant chain in the Philippines which he was an IT technical support 2 and network admin but minimal in the network side and have worked in the data center and in the night shift sched and collect the data sales, troubleshoot IT issues across the stores they catered. When he got promoted he got a change to support the call center laptops, computer, do repair, format, and handle the VOIP, phones, as well as the analog phones. He also handled the biometrics for the HR data across the company being dandles as well as the data protection. Now, he is currently working in XXX Philippines and do support for EG group (Euro garages which is an oil and gas company based in Australia and supporting the POS system, network and the hardware in the stores.
