Interview Assessment Notes 

1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He’s working in the industry for 4 years now and work as an ETL tester and automation tester and he test API via ETL as well and have handled testing tools for automation testing, test management tools, and other test management tools like Jira etc. He also has an experience and worked with the designers using Figma and other UI and UX tools for frontend checking. He has also an experience in waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies. Currently he’s handling 3 projects consist of time keeping tool, UI for the design and shown by the clients, and ETL tools which are connected to the inventory which they are the one who processing the data and retrieving the data and sending it back as a result. Currently he also led minor and major releases and the one who automate the regression testing for smoke testing and currently using selenium for the other projects but prefer using cypress. He also trains the QA interns and do the process for both manual and automation tools.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   For the software testing he prefer more on the Microsoft Test manager than HP ALM because they are using it for over a year for his previous company. While for the test automation tool he prefers cypress than selenium, but he also write the scripts before and setting up the structure such as the uploading and downloading of the data and do if for almost 3 years now.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He has an experience in both manual and automation testing which he clarifies that he has 4 years of experience in manual while for automation is 3 years. Rates his skills in manual testing 4 out of 5 and automation is 3 out of 5. He has an experience in Java as a programming language and rates his skills 3 out of 5 and with a little background in both Appium and cucumber.
