1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Her work experience is mainly focusing on software testing for manual software testing and her first software testing experience is they used to test the EDI maps and relationship databases wherein they’re generation the output then compares it to the specifications given and the testing tools for the scenarios and test cases they’re doing it using MS excel and Jira. If there is a problem they coordinate with the business analyst and the developers so that they could address the issues or the defects they found. After that she transferred into another company which is a banking company and used to test windows application using MS visual basic then access the MS database as well. For the logging of defects, they use Jira then for test cases creation and execution they use HP ALM, so they do the process from requirements gathering up to the deployment to production. In her previous job, she also designs test scenarios for a production fix but more on the short fixes. They also use Jira and HP ALM. Aside from that she also became a test manager and used to coordinate with the testers regarding the statuses of the test case that they need to execute in the daily basis.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Her area of expertise in on manual testing and logging of defects wherein she knows how and what to include in those defects the process and what would be needed to coordinate etc.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   With experience in automation for 1 and a half years while 10 years in manual testing which she rates her skills 4 out of 5. He also knows the basic programming for Java and python and with 6 months of experience using selenium which she rates herself 2 out of 5.
