Has technically 5 years of experience in the IT industry since he started part-timing in his friend’s IT company, XXXX, since 2nd year college and was regularized last 2019 when he graduated. He did several projects there such as their payroll system, lots of backend stuff and the next project he did was the scheduling of the employees’ work schedule. Then, also the medical schedule with different branches of their partner clinics. For the last project that he handled, he did e-learning system for an aviation company in the PH which includes the training of their employees.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Most confident in using Java and PHP. Mostly use Java and has been using it since the start of his career. Rates himself a 3-4 out of 5 in Java.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 3+ years of experience in lead role, lead the 3rd project in last company and handled a developer for frontend. Has 5+ years of architecture, design, and development of integrated systems. Experienced in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC. Used Eclipse before. Familiar with UML and Git technologies. Rates himself 3 out of 5 in Agile. Good at SQL, no experience yet in Oracle DB but is keen to learning it.
