1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She is a Web Developer in the IT industry for about 3+ years already. She’s mostly working in web development and has been a wordpress developer since the start of her career. Her recent role was a Wordpress Lead Developer in XXXX, a PH-based Australian company, wherein she mostly worked on building websites and worked on new mobile app development projects. She also assisted clients and adjusted the themes to meet their requirements. She also worked several freelance jobs, again as a Wordpress developer. She mostly did website development/maintenance as well as SEO.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Most confident in working with HTML and CSS since she’s been doing it since the start of her career. Rates herself a 4 out of 5 in it and says there’s always room for improvement regarding these languages. She mostly uses those two in website developing also in customizing mobile responsiveness.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   She has been a Wordpress Developer for about 3+ years already and has been promoted as a lead developer last September 2022. Has little experience in Java, JavaScript, PHP, and C++, alongside her best skills which are HTML and CSS. She usually do CRM in previous jobs and has basic knowledge with regards to databases.
