He was absorbed as a full time associate by his OJT, and then rendered his OJT as the training for his employment. He took training, both technical and soft skills training and then passed the certification. He is mostly using UiPath, how it connects and integrates with other technologies as well.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He specializes in UiPath and has a 1 year total of experience and in soft skills would be communication skills because he is very articulate, in a sense, and speak English very fluently and time management. Would rate himself 3.75 out of 5 in UI Path as it is a very vast software technology so there's still a lot of things that he needs to learn, especially the image recognition stuff, but more on the basic stuff that UI Path has. A project he has done was a team-based project but was actually assigned more in support, even though his role is an RPA developer he was assigned as an RPA support so what he does is he handles tickets, improve bots, improve programs. Another project was a client who was having trouble with their database and UiPath as well as the OCR of the bot, it was three months debugging and troubleshooting
