1.  Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She is currently working as a freelancer right now. She basically started with business Intelligence during way back 2017 and basically what she did for the company was enhancement of their reporting process. The data source was from SQL and some extracted files from different distributors and then she puts all this the data sources and also the extracted files into a dashboard, did maintenance of two reports. One is a dashboard and the other one is different files. It's actually an Excel file, but with Pivot report in it. In her next job, handled more on the project stuff, but since also with the data team, so she initiated a project migrating or converting their manual report or Excel report into a dashboard using Power Bi. In he most recent job, with Globe, did more on the project stuff and process improvement.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   She is strongest in PowerBI and is also enrolled in a master class for Power Bi, sort of reviewing and getting updates regarding the best practices and stuff, and data reporting and data preparation. Would rate herself 3.75 out of 5 in ETL, data extraction and SQL and 4 out of 5 in PowerBI
   A project she has done with XXXX, with a colleague they initiated the use of Power Bi for the company, leading the business unit in using the use of power bi for the reporting.
