1.  Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She has around 9 years of development experience, mostly handled finance and telecommunication projects. Currently, working at XXXX for seven years, focused on two projects. The one which she is focused on is the Telco project, which they used Java to develop the features for mobile devices while the second one is using Coldfusion, PHP, CSS and HTML to develop. This is a web app for project managers, for them to plan their projects, their resources, forecast how much they will spend for their project and the actual so it's like a spreadsheet but much smarter. She has been leading a team for a year but she wanted to step back because she prefers hand-on development instead

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   She is strong in learning things quickly and good at working independently. In technical skills she is strongest at PHP and any web development, mainly in VueJS, confusion, HTML, and CSS. Would rate herself 4 out of 5 in Java and Spring framework as one fourth of her time is working on Java, and the three fourth is on web development for Java, mostly working in the back end, but have experience on Hibernate, JSP and Servlets and 5 out of 5 in JavaScript and PHP
   A project she has done is the grab and go. It's where you can activate your SIM so when you buy a SIM in XXXX, you will not be able to text or call or do anything unless activated. When you try to use it for the first time will instead be redirected to a website called World Garden, which is a default site where you need to register yourself, your name and everything to activate all the features because in Canada needs to activate each of the features to be able to use it. When this project was deployed after 3 months she received a recognition from the project manager for the success. This project used Java and Springboot
