1.  Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently a system analyst at XXXX, overall work experience involves designing integrations with multiple applications, some architectures, solution architectures. Also do some solutioning and tax delegation with the team.  He is currently leading six developers in the team, plus also part of an SME because it's a big team so doing an agile approach in developing applications, currently I'm handing the web service parts, but been interacting also with other units like the mobile team, the business analyst, the product owner, and the scrum master so also involved in planning most of the screen commitments and product backlogs, working with the stakeholders, especially the business users, and getting some of the requirements. Another part of his work also is to improve the team development process, like implementing the right Git workflow, the right gate branching, the continuous development, implementing the technologies like Jenkins and other integrating other technologies like AWS, migrating to cloud and also one of the head innovator to upgrade the tech like implementing Spring instead of using other implementation or frameworks like my bot is also implementing liquid base for database management

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He specializes in creating solutions, especially complex solution. One of the complex solutions that actually did was this application which involves an offline and online data, which is a really complex scenario. It will sync the data that has been saved during its own offline phase. He was one of the key persons that handle this solution when it comes to complex scenarios or frameworks. Would rate himself 4 out of 5 in Java and springboot, and 3 out of 5 in Jenkins postman and and eclipse. Mostly using GitHub options to build and deploy it on the AWS

3. Do you have banking or finance experience?
   He has finance related experience. A project he has done was in banking or finance. It was a sales tool that involves submitting the client details and everything but besides, have this complex process that needs to integrate it to other systems so to do that, and to do that in real time, implemented a message queueing strategy so that it will be executed with them and not by batch, also with regards to the payment, have also integrated third party gateways, one of which is Maya, which is one of the vendors here in the Philippines. In Maya, integrated the checkout payment, when dealing with third party payments, have the knowledge what to watch out for, especially with the PCI DSS compliance.
