1.  Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently a Java developer at XXXX, stated in 2007 as a junior software specialist using Java jsp, Oracle and other databases. Also did projects from scratch, and after 8 years moved to another company mostly doing contractual job, migrating servers to cloud set-up and 2 clients he had to do projects from scratch and 1 project as the lead developer, 2 financial banking systems and other app that is used for integrating different systems altogether and using Linux as a server with some applications running on Linux servers

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest in Java and most projects uses Java, would rate himself 4 out of 5 in Java and SQL, 3 out of 5 in Restful. He also has experience in relational databases such as SQL server, Oracle Db2, MS SQL, MySQL and other databases like PostgreSQL, MariadB and currently using Aurora dB. A project he ahs done with Java was the 1^st system, a full blown HRIS system, handles the transactions that the employee can do with HR department, claims, loan, cash advances and appraisal is also done in HRIS system and migrated, used webservices, .Net and back-end retained using Oracle and ASP connectivity. He has had 3 banking client’s, 1 international and 2 local with XXXX and XXXX
