1.  Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working as a web developer and before he graduated was already working there and now more than three years of working with this client. His main role is a PHP developer, and a full stack develop, use code Ignitor, PHP and JavaScript and some Node JS sockets IO. He also has background in Java and other languages like C++, Python, and Android

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He has been mainly working on PHP and would rate himself 4 out of 5 in PHP and HTML, 3.5 out of 5 in JavaScript, SQL and 3 out of 5 in Python. He has never worked with Python, but have some experience here and with test Python exams. A project he has done is a conference website that manage different presenters, presentations, and video roles. He was a junior developer for this project and now is a mid-developer. He was working on the API, back end, with PHP server side, Node JS, JavaScript also target IO and Node JS
