1.  Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working as a software developer at XXXX IT Solutions. He has been a developer for over two years now. His previous work is as a software developer, it required him to integrate software from another software to another, for example, the software that I want to integrate is using PHP so he needs to know PHP for that instance. He has also worked on multiple projects such as ERP, Ecommerce, POS, and inventory systems. He has also worked in software architecture and with software methodology such as Agile and waterfall and knows DevOps as well

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He is strong in adapting as he can easily adapt because he knows multiple languages and whether, the project requires research in technologies. He also has other experience in UIUX and also with QA before. Would rate himself 3 out of 5 in Python and has known Python for a long time before he graduated. He also used it in his previous job as a system integration developer. Also, because there's some integration that is used in Python and thinks would need to catch-up to latest versions. And 3.5 out of 5 in Vue, React and SQL because he has used them in his experience in the IT industry. With SQL, previously he was a back-end developer, managing APIs and giving data from the client side while 2.5 out of 5 in with MongoDB and Redis because these are, newer technologies and have not used them a lot
   A project in Python was when he has integrated the system, because it was an API system. They have their data from the gaming site and have records for their bets, if you want to bet and to document them and also list the records of all bets and give to. His main task was to handle that certain documentation for their data. He is most familiar with the Django framework
