   He has extensive expereince in leadership and SAP development. He is currently a Senior SAP Consultant, mainly in charge of communication, coordination between different teams and memebers. Previously he was a Software Sr. Analyst at XXXX and a Project Communication Staff at XXXX

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He is strongest in communication, coordination, directly coordinated with teams until production support and now also dealing with regards to timeline resources, budgets and resources. A project he has done is when he was working with developers, was a web application portal, probably about 15 developers and 5 BA and 3 QAs and for this project in his current company there were times round up the team of up to 15 develop 1 BA and 5 QAs, both are under insurance company, previous is a customer portal but this on able to buy insurance, subscribe and coordinate with client to gain points. She has 7 years of leadership experience and SDLC since 2007 for 15 years
