He started as an Oracle programmer and worked there for three years then moved to another company as EBS Technical Consultant, when the company was acquired, he moved to another company and stayed there for 7 years with the same role and then to XXXX with the same role as Oracle EBS technical consultant, mainly implementation and customization of Oracle E business suite depending on the clients requirement

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He is strongest in Programming Oracle EBS development. Would rate himself 4 out of 5 in Oracle EBS and PL/SQL and has around 14 years of experience in Oracle EBS
   A project he has done is the implementation of Oracle E business suite, did the data conversion from their legacy system to Oracle E business suite and also did an upgrade the for a different client from version R11 to R12, did some customization on their existing components so that it will be working in R12
