1.  Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working as a consultant / senior software engineer at XXXX. Basically he has dealing with several years of experience in software development, especially related to a Java or a Spring framework technology. He been a programmer now for about eight years, so I've been into two companies. The first company, he worked for is a Japanese company, for five years, also dealing with Japanese clients and in that five years, it was a Java project had. So at first he was a developer in that project, and eventually it became a team lead, a team lead of about ten people, and eventually became sub lead of team of 30 people. After he was transferred to a Western company, also a team lead and at the same time a Developer member, for a merchant app system for a bank. Most of his projects are banking systems.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He is strongest in Java programming language, for soft skills, making the team work. Would rate himself 3.5 out of 5 in Java. A project he has done is for five years, it was actually in Tokyo, Japan, worked directly with the XXXX Japan, for a gas system. There I had the chance to experience the full software development cycle, from design to development to testing all the way to deployment
