He has done his Masters in Pakistan and went to China to study Mandarin and it was offered to him by the government and completed a Higher Diploma in China and then went back to HK and was hired by 2 Chinese companies which is a construction company and acted as a translator for them so they could communicate with the local and then worked for China Telecommunication and then worked for them as Customer Service Officer and then decided to explore himself more and then to Dubai and then is working with forex broker.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
When he joined X, he works with forex broker they have given them trainings about the forex industry and then he is now handling customer support if they have any problem with the deposit or withdraws and other queries.
- He has been given sales target and he has completed the recent 2 months target of his sales chain and he also does B2B business, and they are letting customers come up with the B2C model and they also use the chat platform which they use in their company which is being seldomly used by the customers and the company has given them a target that the customers use the chat platform.
4. He is very strong in working with global environment and has a strong communication skill with the clients and customers and they work in the fintech industry and he a strong problem solving skills as well. He is also a multi-lingual and has dealt with different types of customers and answer their queries. |
