Additionally, he has substantial experience managing back-end resources and servers, which he has gained while working as a freelancer with multiple commitments. This has allowed him to become highly adaptable to various environments, confidently switching between projects of different scales and requirements.
His proficiency extends to using a variety of ticket management systems, including JIRA, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Zoho Desk, and AutoTask, which he has used extensively throughout his career. Although he has worked with several of these platforms, his primary experience is with JIRA and ServiceNow, where he managed various tasks and service requests.
