1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   After graduation, he started off as a 3D Artist at XXXX then switched to game developer using Unity. After that, he started his own startup, XXXX, where he was a solo developer and created multiplayer/hypercasual games. The game he developed got him a job in XXXX as a Senior Unreal/Unity Developer. The team there was supportive and gave him time to learn Unreal. After XXXX, he became a professional game developer trainer where he trained fresh/new graduates for 3-4 months. They helped the graduates get a job as well. Currently, doing only freelancing as a full-time career where he’s involved in different development and metaverse projects.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be in the field of being a solution architect. Since he believes he knows all different aspects of game development, it has given him an edge in this industry. Considers programming as well as his main thing

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has 5+ years of experience in Unreal Engine development. Good with C++ and blueprinting as well. Familiar with versioning and repository. Definitely has experience in doing rendering, lighting, and shaders.
