Her main duty is to answer phone calls and assist the public with consular inquiries such as passport renewals, visas, and notarial services through the operator line. Acknowledge e-mails from colleagues in the office that have errands to run or incoming guests from various agencies, taking full account of diplomatic mail, daily mail from overseas, FedEx or DHL follow-ups.
- She is self-motivated and his communication skills is her asset because she always communicate with the clients especially British nationality to help them resolve their issues.
- She rates her knowledge in O365 and in software installation as 3/5. Because for her she didn’t have the experience in support roles more on end-user side experience.
