She has started my career in Investor Relations for a Hong Kong based private credit fund, where she has created marketing presentation, research and support with fundraising activities. Then, she moved to work for Euroclear bank in their fund settle business where she ensured swift trades for our clients. Her recent experience was in a private equity fund as an associate in fund operations.

She has cooperated with other teams across the company, i.e. portfolio manager, finance, legal and compliance. She also prepares hands-on the daily investment operations, trade orders and valuation of Private debt funds and multi-asset funds
She has helped draft supporting documentation (e.g. placement agent agreements, NDAs, PPMs and DDQs) and conference preparation materials and collaborated with external stakeholders such as fund administrators, lawyers, relationship managers and company secretaries regarding funds’ operations. |
