He has more than 20 years of working in the aviation industry and he has been working there starting day 1 and has been selling aviation software and migrated to Canada and joined an aviation company as well which is an aviation leader data in Aviation and joined them as a Developer participating in various projects as a Programmer. He was promoted as the manager of the Developer group and was transferred to Montreal to Toronto and headed the department of Software developers and did a strategic decision and outsourced the engineering team to India and the company gave him option to transfer back to HK from then he then started selling software in the aviation industry in China and APAC region.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He has a strong experience as a head of sales as he himself is a hunter and has possessed a lot of sales tactics and has led a team and helped their team to grow their business and he has led a regional team before, and he was responsible before for PML and oversees the support.
He was then helped X to grow in the APAC region in the revenue and increased it 5 times and grew than how it used to be. He almost had 200 customers in APAC and then the company was acquired by Airbus 5 years and started having some problems and it was not a good move for the company, 5 years from now Airbus their organizations and structure are strictly defined cause they don't allow someone to be on commissioned based. And for them, the Salespeople was quite hard for them because they are commissioned based. |
