- Working as an associate at XXX, which is an intertech company based in XXX They are an XXX that focuses mainly on travel insurance as well as the whole end-to-end process of it. So from the underwriting all the way to claims and stuff like that currently, right now their main focus is on distribution and claims, but they have products in the works that are cover the entire spectrum. He focuses on the three main innovations and bases, including insurance, distribution, insurance claims, and product configuration.
2. He is an expert in product management knowledge, the implementation of scrum, agile working, delivering, etc.
3. Currently, for this project, he leads the discovery user research and interviews as well as the product analytics. So some of the things that he's done is actually lead the discovery and incorporation of new technologies into their claim platform, such as OCR and the use of AI, to help facilitate and improve the overall user experience of both the claimants as well as the claim managers.
4. Another big milestone that he has is that he supported the implementation of Google Analytics, which helped give them the product metrics and data to analyze and generate insights for their product improvements. So that is the quantitative data along with the qualitative data that he collected during user interviews and research.
