1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She is currently working as a business integration architect senior analyst at XXXX. Working in the technology department, assigned to a project or to a client, and in current project, helping to do a modernization of the existing system, analyze, design, build, testing, and then up to deployment. She communicates with the clients, be on the It side, the business user, try to draft the requirements, documents, help to facilitate the building process with the teams, as well as be involved in the test

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   She is strong in client management and has a good relationship with all of her clients. Always make sure to keep in contact with her clients even after the project, they still keep in contact with her. Such as if they're going on leave, they tell her I'm going to leave on these dates and tells her if anything should be moved. She is also good at negotiating and is quite detailed in her paperwork as they we are trained to be very thorough with the documentation.
   A project she has done was with a team of six, built team of, two that's permanently attached and then two offshore here and there. She think the project did well because originally started with four functions, like your scope of project and then was tasked to give to hand over two to a new colleague so needed to communicate with him what has been covered and tell him how to onboard successfully, be able to get him to do the best that be able to function on his own, which think he actually functioned even better than the whole team expected for someone new and all functions were all delivered on time and has gone live and has no defects for the last one month, and the next one is actually going live tomorrow (Apr 22, 2023). For Project management methodologies, she has extensive experience with waterfall and has experience in SDLC since she first joined the company, so almost 2 years
