Interview Assessment Notes 

1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She started her career in XXX as a Test analyst and worked for a project-based environment. After that, she moved to the XXX international lines which is shipping company and worked there for 10 years as a Principal Application Specialist in the EDI team. She handled the EDI integration of the onboarding and enhancement, mapping from XML to EDI. Worked in the different parties for connectivity issues and any support issues as well. In the last 2 years, she’s trying to explore different opportunities. She worked at XXX tech which is a government sector and joined them as a business analyst. After that, she moved to the XXX Pte Ltd is more on the vendor side, but they also support the common o related projects as well. Currently, she is working at XXX CGM which is also a shipping company and work as a BA as well for the EDI team. Her role currently is very limited unlike before, she is more focus now on the EDI request for their monthly basis, review the requirements, quotation, and the specs provided by the vendors. She also does the testing and coordinating with the business for the UAT.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
   She said that she is good in SQL because she has now 10 years of experience for it. She uses it to extract reports and queries and rates her skills for that 4 out of 5. She is also good in Tableau and use it for reporting and analysing data as well to support some issues needs to rise. How to scope the requirements be clearer. They work with the vendors and external parties to present the requirements. She has an experience in EDI/XML mapping for 2 years and ate herself 4 out of 5 because she was handling its complete setup. Technical wise, she wants to move back to EDI mapping and to the development side.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   With experience in project management for 6 months and rates her skills for that 2 out of 5. She handles projects with the vendors and answer all the deliverables and the timeline provided.
