1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She has 10+ years of experience, the first 5 years was mainly focused in software/application development while the last 5 years she’s spent mostly as a business analyst or on techno-functional expertise. She’s recently a product owner in XXXX in which she led the Product Management Practice in APAC region. Prior to that, she was an application analyst of NTPA system in XXXX and was involved in phases of development. She was also a Senior Mainframe Developer, Technical Lead, and a Senior Application Developer in her previous jobs.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   As a business analyst, she has quite good knowledge in FinTech as well as technical expertise. She can act as a bridge between users and development team, writing business proposals and how it can be implemented with the client’s requirements. She is also good in analysis and design.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and master’s on Finance. She has about 1+ year as a business analyst and has strong skills with regards to SQL since she’s been using it everyday for the past 10 years of her career. She also has experienced in Java and APIs but not extensively since she’s more of a business consultant on her recent projects. Has good knowledge in banking since she’s worked before on a banking domain and has master’s degree in Finance
