He has been working with X for 12 years and he has management experience in working for a German company and he did multiple accounts in account management and worked in the western part in India and he was selling technology parts and he selling hardware, software and then got an offer from Microsoft in 2010 and joined them as a commercial specialist and he was to design and negotiate clients commercial leads and handles all the 3 regions in India and contracting with the customers and he comes in and follows the Microsoft guideline’s and policies. He was also solving the problems with the dealers and entered the commerce and helps fix the systematic rule.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
Skills wise he is very familiar with the commercial structure and could connections with the customers fast and he has managed the expectations of their clients up until now. He has also managed a team of 8 people and has also has a strong people management skill and has good understanding of technical commercial balance. He has a very high integrity and has strong communication skills as well since has worked with different cultures throughout the APAC region.
He is currently leading the planning, execution, governance for the transformation and change management of the X new commerce strategy in the APAC market. He has a strong experience in navigating and orchestrating complex situations and align it with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive a common strategy and execute on the same. |
