He’s been working in his current company for 2 years now and started working as the critical facility engineer then he was transferred to customer operations engineer and currently working on both sites. For his role, he needs to attend all of the customers complain for both facility and operations related to the cables etc. For the critical, he said that he is in-charge of the chiller and UPS, building etc.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He said that he is more specialised in the area of air conditioning site and he is also a chiller specialist. He is also good in building management and knowledgeable in UPS transformers.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He has 3 years of experience working in the data center and with basic knowledge in networking as well. He also have some knowledge in cabling, patching, inventory management and capacity planning.
