Currently working as a Customer Engineer responsible for Transmission SDH DWDM, IP, IPLC, GIA Global Internet Circuit, GTVN TV services for customers depending for backhaul infrastructure, customer sites, and cable stations. Some of his projects were F1 broadcast TV connection, Google and Apple SDH and DWDM transmission implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance, and travel onsite. He travel mostly in the Middle East, Australia, and Southeast Asia region. He has experience in Cisco routers, IP, DCN, and video encoders for cable stations. Experience setting up DWDM and SDH from Huawei, Juniper, Alcatel, Ciena and Marconi Ericsson.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He is a MEF-CECP 3.0, Ericsson, CCNA Cisco Certified specialising in provision TX platform, and physical installation and rates himself 4 out of 5. He added he has basic knowledge of Cisco, and Huawei configuration of equipment, providing loopback and monitoring because he has limited access and mainly focuses on Field operations. His biggest project for the DWDM network was for Google to upgrade with about 300 circuits from the start of installation to finish. He has hands-on experience in an onsite installation of fiber optics cable from the shipment of chasis, PDU installation, testing, and installation of modules line up all the fibers to interface cards and provides a level 3 support. Mostly Layer 1, 2 and 3.
