He has been working in the IT industry for more than 4 years now and been working in his current company for a year as customer operations engineer III. He said that his roles and responsibilities in his current company is to connect their users or customers from one another using their infrastructure and sometimes, they do troubleshoot some of the devices and help the customers with their access as well. They also so the installation of the customers device based on the instructions, so cable patching, infra maintenance, and monitoring etc.

He said that he is more a technical person but he is also good in customer service and said that he is the one who faced their customers. He also said that he is taking online courses to improve his skills like related on the switch configuration and good in terms of collaborating with the other teams etc.
