Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently working at XXXas a data center engineer and his day-to-day job responsibility is the provisioning of the application servers and does the fixing of the servers. Recently, he got promoted and assigned as the lead on one of their data centers and managing 2 engineers in his team. He said that there was a shift in the roles and the responsibility and what he currently doing is to do the capacity planning and be the next point of escalation if the engineers are not available and not sure on how to do the troubleshooting issues with the servers. He is also the point of escalation for the project managers and the main person onsite to talk to the vendors. Other than his experience in data center, he also have an experience in network because his recent job was a network engineer and handle 7 sites. 3 in Singapore, 2 sites and Hong Kong, while 2 sites in Sydney.

He said that his strongest skill is with regard to project management and said that he is currently and interested in finding a role that is more focus on the project management.

He have 6 years of experience in the data center environment and said that he also have an experience in performing or troubleshooting networks for routing and switching for the LAN and WAN which he rates his skills 5 out of 5. Currently doing or his main role is for the capacity planning which he rates his skills for that 5 out of 5 as well.
