Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He said that he has been working in the data centre environment for more than 9 years now and he just join in his currently company which is XXX as a DC engineer. He said that he used to do a lot of projects, deployments, voice installations, planning of server deployments etc but said that the scope there is very limited so he is now looking for a change. He also said that in the previous jobs, they are doing the power calculation, network physical layer and then also plan for the server deployment and also do the OS installation. He also used to be a team lead and managing 3 data centre sites along with the 3 engineers of each site.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He said that he is strong in terms of managing a project, good in problem solving, and good when it comes to the power calculation as well. He also said that he has a solid experience in capacity planning and experience as well in cabling and patching.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He has an experience changing the hard disk and checking if there’s a problem with those and diagnose the servers as well for Linux and Windows. He also said that he has an experience with the reconfiguration of the hardware. He also has an experience in networking for both LAN and WAN and can do basic network configurations as well.
