   He is currently working at XXX Web services as a Data Centre Operations Technician and work there for 5 years and 3 months now. He always like to learn something new especially in the field of IT because that is his expertise. He is a kind of person who never gives up so if he wants to learn something, he will make sure that he can learn it. He is also taking online courses to continue learning. He is working in the IT line for more than 7 years. He also has an experience in managing 30 people in his team.

2. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He have 7 years of experience in the IT industry and more than 5 years as a Data Centre operations technician. He said that he knows how to perform and configure local and wide area networking which he rates his skills for that as 4 out of 5. The tasks for cabling, patching, inventory management and capacity planning are his current role in his company and very familiar on it.
