Like to do his job as fast as possible and don’t like to waste his time in one job. He can work with a team and he can also his job alone as long as the job is done. Other than that, he is willing to learn and he always wants to get feedback about his work because that’s the way on how he can improve or enhance his skills.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
His strongest is more on the cooling system and detection on the system. He also said that he is good on supporting the customers which is for the XXXTelecom and more on the IT role and job is to test cable line to line and based on the tickets. He also performs cable replacement, maintenance, as well as the programming.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He said that he have 5 to 7 years of experience in working in the DC facility and with basing knowledge in LAN and WAN as well which he rates his skills 3.5 out of 5. He have an experience in cabling as well as patching and rates his skills 4 out of 5 for both.
