He is currently working in the Data centre for 4 years now and mostly on the hardware management. He usually cooperates with the server engineer as wells as the site lead and if they need any help to do the hands-on when it comes to replacing parts in the hardware, he can replace it for them. He also do the basic configuration on the server and once the service is online then his job is done. He is actually responsible for the tickets and once the clients request then he will fulfil the things they ask him to do. He has an experience with the NOC as well which is focusing on the infrastructure.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He thinks that his strongest skill is that he is always willing to learn and he’s actually taking courses related to data centre operations.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He have more than 4 years of experience in DC and with basic knowledge in LAN and WAN type of networks which he also rates his skills 3 out of 5. He has an extensive experience in doing cabling as well as the patching and rates his skills 4 out of 5 for both. In terms of planning, he said that they always do it as a team and he can’t do it on his own.
