He has been working as a Data center technician for more than 3 years now and currently working at XXX. He is responsible for the ticketing and the on who handles the customers and handles the request. He also maintain the servers and do installations, and handles the switches, SFP's, cabling works etc. he is now mainly on the hardware side and do installing for the servers and OS like Linux and Windows. He also said that he is the person who needs to take charge in the data center if it’s weekend and there are some issues who needs to fix urgently. They also do annual reports to report to their supervisor which is in the US. Does record keeping and handling the network components.

With 3 and a half years of experience working in the data center environment and with knowledge in network configurations as well. He has a solid experience in cabling and knowledgeable and can handle different OS, servers, and other networking devices.
