He is currently working as a Deskside engineer in Singapore and he is originally from Malaysia. He said that he has more than 3 years of working experience in the IT industry and would like to gain more experience and skills in this field. In his current role, he is helping solving the issues or tickets raised by the users and can support level 1 to level 2 issues and escalate those issues in other levels once he can’t solve those.

He said that he is good when it comes to working with a team and with solid experience in troubleshooting software and hardware. He is also goon in term of solving problems and a fast learner. He can provide onsite and remote support to its users and can troubleshoot level 1 to level 2. He has a good skill in Active directory and can do basic server and network configurations.
