Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Currently he has more than 2 years of working experience in the IT industry and said that most of his responsibilities are on the troubleshooting and does not have exposure in the network or server roles and not been directly involved in configuring the network, but mostly on the hardware and software side. He said that If there are any issues in the network he’s the person who will rectify those issues on the network team.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He said that he is more on the end user side and good in troubleshooting MS office-based problems or rectifying whether it is a hardware or software problem. He also ensure that the policies and all the criteria needed are met and he has a good communication skills.
