First was into Aerospace industry but due to COVID, jumped in to IT industry. First job in IT Industry was with XXXX as an IT Support Engineer then transferred to XXXX as a Desktop Engineer wherein, she’s responsible for re-imaging and patching of laptops, VPN settings, assisting users with their issues. She’s also involved in scheduling tasks for users, additional admin works, and new onboarding stuff.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill right now is her people skill, good communication with people, she’s quite composed when answering issues and questions. Also, a fast learner and likes to learn new things. Likes improvement especially on herself.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 2+ years of experience as an IT support. Knowledgeable with Windows 7&10, MS Office, and 365 applications. Very aware of different laptop/PC peripherals. Have supported printers before but not much of mobile devices. Has knowledge and experience in Active Directory, Exchange, and Apple OS.
