1. Currently a desktop engineer, providing desktop support for XXX. He is supporting SPF and also resolves issues, installs, maintains, and troubleshoots software and hardware problems. If there are any issues, they will report them. The report ticket will go straight to him and then, he will go on site and resolve the issue. he's been doing this for almost a year now
2. He is good at figuring out issues with system and network connections, software issues, and IT support things.
3. In his previous job he was a tech engineer at XXX. It was a entry level 1, he do the migration of the all machines to the new machines, so the users are refresh basically and then they copy over all of the data, the software, network, etc. Also troubleshoot issues and Maintaining the devices.
