Currently working as a Desktop Engineer, contracted to XXXX, deployed to schools to support XXXX. Most of his responsibilities are troubleshooting laptops for both teachers and students, maintain laptops in the labs, troubleshooting security issues, software installation, request for ServiceNow, service request to Helpdesk as well. Working in this for 1+ years and last day will be May 7. Also worked as an Operations Manager in XXXX before wherein he also had IT support responsibilities but more on the hardware side only such as connection/disconnection of network and servers.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be improving his workflow and finding efficient ways to do stuff and solve problems. More onto scripting to do his work and find new methods with codes using Python, PowerShell, and CMD.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has accumulated of 10+ years of IT support in his current role and role in XXXX. Good with Windows 7 & 10, MS Office and 365 applications troubleshooting/support. Knowledgeable with different PC/Laptop peripherals. Supported printers and for mobile devices only the simple troubleshooting. Proficient with Active Directory, Exchange, and also Mac/Apple OS but seldom troubleshoot it.
