He is currently working in Singapore and with 8 years of experience in Desktop support. In his previous and current job, he assist the user to troubleshoot the 1st level issues and do the other jobs. In his daily job scope, they have the IT care clinic and everyday the users will walk into their room for any problems that they encounter like for the desktop, laptops, or mobile issues. In the first level jobs, they normally troubleshoot the software issues, hardware as well as the mobile issues etc.
