Working in SG for the past 5 years and is currently working in XXXX as a VVIP Desktop Support Engineer wherein he provides on-site support for deployment and application, also assist VVIP/VIP users for any IT related issues including desktop, laptop, iPad, iPhone, printers, etc. Also worked as a Desktop Support Engineer before in XXXX for his first job in SG and was also a Service Desk Analyst in XXXX way back in Malaysia.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 9+ years of experience in IT Support. Experienced in Windows 7 & 10. Good with MS Office and 365 applications since he’s dealing with these problems every day. Familiar with different PC/Laptop Peripherals. Also has supported printers and mobile devices before. Have experience in Active Directory, Exchange, and Apple OS and is dealing with issues with it every day.
