Previously worked as an IT Desktop Support Engineer in XXXX in which they support 600-700 users including VIPs and ensure the ticket and request are in ticketing system which is ServiceNow. Perform L1 and L2 troubleshooting in all IT issues. Also support mobile devices, android phones, MS Office 365, also need to prepare machines for account of new joiners. Also need to standby after office hours due to some maintenance. Before that, was an IT Roaming Engineer and IT Support for his previous companies.
