1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has about 10 years of experience in Software Development. Originally from Croatia, also worked in Ireland and currently in SG for 2 years now. First job was with XXXX as a Software Developer wherein he mostly worked with Oracle and SQL, mostly in the database side. He also worked with XXXX wherein he mostly wrote C/C++, took care of IP and different protocols. Also experienced being a lead in this company. Then transferred to XXXX wherein he did mostly frontend. Then was later on exposed to customer support in XXXX in Ireland and SG as a Developer Support Engineer.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest with C++ since he joined XXXX and did a lot of it during university days. Rates himself a 4/5 in using it.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has 10 years of experience in development. Proficient with C++, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, and Python although he’s mostly self-taught in the last one. During university, he did a big project in C#, also diploma thesis was written in C#. But also has projects with C++. Worked with a banking system before during his time in XXXX. Familiar with B&F terms. And rates himself 5/5 with algorithms and data structure.
